A. Due to the handmade nature of each individual piece, please allow the orders are usually processed and shipped within 2-3 business days of purchase.The delivery time of jewelry: 7-9 working days.

A.If you want to change/modify the order information, please email us as soon as possible, we can only change before delivery.Therefore, please be more careful to place the order.

Q.Can I cancel my order?
A.If your order has not been shipped out, please email us cancel it as soon as possible. Please note that we CANNOT cancel orders which have been shipped out. Therefore, please wait for your package to arrive and you may either keep it or contact us to return for refund. Please DO NOT refuse the delivery as the undelivered package will be destroyed by the third-party logistics.

Q.What is the duration of warranty?
A. All items that are delivered by us will bear a warranty of a 30 days from the purchase date. During this warranty period, Befavorit Jewelry takes responsibility to replace any items having flaw.

Q. What is the procedure for returning an item?
A. Please Contact Us for a RMA number and Return address of items before shipping returns,please email us at: befavorit.service@gmail.com. After we receive the returned order, our Quality Assurance department will inspect and verify the condition of the item. Once inspection is complete, your return will be fully processed.

Q. Am I to incur any extra costs while taking delivery of the item?
A. Of course not - the price that is indicated on the product page of our website is the final price that we charge for the door step delivery. We do not charge any additional money while processing your delivery order.

A. You may only ship to one address per order.
If your order contains gifts or items that require shipping to multiple locations, you will need to place separate orders for each address.

Q.Do You Gift Wrap Orders?
A.All our deliveries come beautifully presented, and gift wrapped. As standard they come without a price tag, or physical receipt. So they can be sent directly to another recipient as a present. Receipts are emailed across to the buyer.
