How To Return An Order
We all items have been checked carefully before shipping, Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, we will try our best to solve it for you.
1. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason,you are able to return it within 14 working days of receipt of the product,Any request after 14 days will not be honored.
Notice: Unfortunately due to Health & Safety regulations reasons we cannot accept returns on earrings and personalised items.
2.For all returns:Your item must be unused/unworn and must be in pristine condition with no damage, scratches, or signs of wear. All returned items must be in the original packaging.
3. If within your 30-day warranty period your item has any problems, you will need to return the item to us ,we will inspect the item and if it is due by our fault, We will send you a new one or refund .
4.Please email us at befavorit.service@gmail.com before you begin the return. Include the order reference number, name and the reason for the return in the email.We will provide RMA number and return address.
5.Return shipping is responsibility of the buyer unless the return is a result of our mistake (i.e., your receive the wrong item or defective).
6. Refund or exchange: when we receive your return/exchange, we will inspect the item in 2 working days and then provide a replacement for an exchange or issue a refund.
